To edit a note, proceed as follows:
- Go to the Define tab.
- Locate and click on a requirement to which a note that should be edited is attached.
- Click on the Notes sub-tab.
- In the Notes List click on the name of the note that needs to be edited.
- Click on the Notes Info sub-tab.
Project role of the person to whom the note was assigned
User who created the note
Date and time when the note was created
Lifetime log of the changes made to the note and users’ comments
A Website URL related to the note
Add to History
Field for adding comments to the note (such notes cannot be deleted)
- Click the Edit button.
- Make necessary changes and click the Save button.
- Click the Close button to return to the Notes List.
