When project requirements are created, they appear in the Requirements List with an automatically assigned sequential order number.
To change the order of a project requirement in the Requirements List:
Go to the Define tab.
In the Requirements List click on the order number of an appropriate requirement.
The Up and Down arrows appear above and below the order number.
Click the Up or Down arrow to move the requirement to a desired position in the Requirements List.
When done, click on the requirement order number again.
